Performance Agreement
The Performance Agreement is a public law contract between the University and the State effective for three years. It is the basis for the University's budget. Content of the Performance Agreement is the performance provided by the University, which is determined by the Strategic Goals, guiding principles and duties of the University.
The report covering the implementation of the Performance Agreement is part of the annual Intellectual Capital Report. In addition, a meeting between the Rectorate and the competent ministry takes place twice per year.
