The University sets its long-term Strategic Goals with its Development Plan and so refines its profile.

Performance Agreement

The Performance Agreement is a three year public law contrat between the University and the State. It is the basis for the University's budget. Content of the Performance Agreement is the performance provided by the University, which is determined by Strategic Goals, guiding principles and duties of the University.

Target Agreements

Requirements of Development Plan and Performance Agreement are brought together in the Target Agreements, broken down and implemented in faculties, disciplines or administrative units.

Focus Strategiey and Policies

Special strategies with a specific focus are compiled and implemented at the University of Graz.

Intellectual Capital Report

The report covering the implementation of the Performance Agreement is part of the annual Intellectual Capital Report also offering a qualitative presentation and a comprehensive view on the University of Graz' performance development based on key figures.
