Requirements of Development Plan and Performance Agreement are brought together in the Target Agreements, broken down and implemented in faculties, disciplines or administrative units.
Rectorate and faculties agree upon measures to achieve Strategics Goals and to meet the requirements of the Performance Agreements as well as specific indicators, depending on particular cultures and initial situation. These requirements are distributed within the scientific disciplines according to their organisational culture. The Target Agreements constitute the transition from strategic to operational management.
A regular monitoring gives feedback to the management level. A causal analysis provides vital information for improvement, if Goals are not achieved throughout a period.
